Our bakery boasts a lovely, open concept storefront with plenty of natural lighting from wall-to-wall windows. With room for seating and mingling for up to 45 guests in the store front alone, this bakery venue works well for small to large film crews. We have played host to ABC's Blackish, Netflix's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Food Network's Hollywood Cakes, and more. With minimalistic, clean cut, and neutral toned decor, the space is incredibly versatile and can easily be transformed to fit the mood and theme of your choosing. Furniture can be moved and decor may be placed to your liking. Tucked a step away from the main store front area is a cozy office outfitted in tones of white, pink, and gold with beautiful concrete floors. The office includes a desk, shelving unit, and eclectic and fun mismatched seating. The rear two-thirds of the building plays home to a full, commercial kitchen that includes baking equipment such as ovens, a walk-in refrigerator, stainless steel prep tables and shelving, mixers, cooling racks, an industrial sink, supply room, and more. We are located on the brink of a residential neighborhood and are neighbors to a winery and guitar shop, not with medium to low foot traffic. There is street parking in front of the bakery as well as dedicated spots in a hidden parking lot behind the bakery, making load in and load out a breeze. We also have a petite storage room and hallway which can be accessed directly from the parking lot. Crews most often use this space to store personal belongings and to set up catering. There will always be a manager onsite to watch over the production process. Prices listed are our typical base fees and fluctuate depending on length and invasiveness of production. Prices currently listed are reflective of crews of 2-5 that are non-invasive, film out of normal business hours, and/or only use a very small portion of the space for the duration of the shoot. Productions with large crews or that result in us closing doors to customers are priced in a higher price range not listed.

La Boheme is a well-known and beloved restaurant deep in the middle of West Hollywood, CA, contributing to its success as an independent community within metropolitan LA. So, while well-known, its muted street presence makes it a secret revealed, one of the city’s most exquisite outdoor experience is literally just 3 steps away. Once inside the patio, having almost instantaneously left the urban din; you see a large fireplace, with exquisitely detailed Victorian-era fountains on either side, with seating casually but carefully arranged. The sound of the water and color of the flames deepen the perceptual and acoustical separation. The careful placement and varying sizes of terra cotta pots, filled with dwarf olive trees, fresh seasonal vegetables, herbs, and flowers, create intimacy and privacy whether it be 45 guests seated dinner or 80 guests standing cocktail party. The entry to the restaurant is directly from SM Boulevard. Upon being graciously welcomed, you realize you are now part of a two-story space made even larger by its gabled roof and massive triangular wood trusses. The restaurant is attentive, reflective, and respectful of its Hollywood heritage. Composed of dark woods with walls/ceiling/fixture dressed in a variety of rich and vivid red materials (leather, fabric, paint), the Room is strong and assertive. Majestic chandeliers and large kinetic sculptures effectively embellish the large scale of the room. A beautiful large wood-burning fireplace, seen from almost from any place in the restaurant, provides a central and intimate point of focus. As a single open room, la Boheme provides great flexibility for varying layouts as needed by different event types. The Main Dining Room seats a total of 120 for inside dining or 250 for stand-up/cocktails. It can accommodate large parties, intimate gatherings, rehearsal dinners or wedding parties, business dinners or drinks, Happy Hours, etc. The bar, with an expansive, mirrored back bar is often a “locals” watering hole, at La Boheme, we have been very careful to ensure our guests have a broad range of seating options from very private or formal to casual and communal. The first floor has a variety of seating options; a 4- and 6- person table, banquette, a communal table for larger parties, intimate booths, and flexibility in seating charts are our strong points.

Beautiful location for our daughter's wedding. We had breakfast for the whole wedding party, then a nice morning wedding in the beautiful back garden. The flowers made a beautiful backdrop for the party. For a small wedding, the location was perfect, affordable, and just the right size. The hosts were very nice, and we couldn't have been ahppier with our decision. We didn't have a good space, but with a small wedding, all the event spaces are just too expensive. This kept our budget low, so for an informal wedding, this was a great place to have it. Thanks so much!
