Conveniently located in Historic West Adams, near the 10 Freeway at Western, we offer 1,200 SF of clean white gallery/event space with 2 skylights and wood beam ceilings at 13.5'. Street presence plus rear door for loading in and out. Inc. 1 bathroom. The interior roll-up door opens to a coffee shop next door for commingled events. Additional fees are necessary if the coffee shop is involved in any event/production. The daily rate covers a 12-hour booking.

The space has been used previously for a large production shoot for a furniture catalog. We have a 9 car driveway that allows for easy load in and out.

Our warm, comfortable and handsomely decorated 3,000 square foot loft is perfect for any filmed interview or production event.
Our venue is a full floor loft with elevator access that allow for easy equipment load in and out. Amenities include a 20x20ft projection screen, two fully renovated restrooms, full kitchen with new appliances, wi-fi, props, green room or changing room, poker table, conference table and two bar stations.
The venue features state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, speaker system with iPad plug-in for music, comfortable vintage styled seating. The venue also has hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, large expansive windows that allow for plenty of natural daylight.
We have hosted many filmed interviews and production shoots and understand the importance of noise control. Our large windows blocks out street noise and the building is very quiet making our venue a great place to shoot in New York City.
Outside catering is allowed and we can also recommend a caterer to you. Commercial street parking is available from 7am to 7pm and there are several easily accessible parking garages are within one block of our venue.

Newly constructed rooftop deck and gazebo venue overlooking Hollywood Boulevard, just two blocks east of the Dolby Theater. This is a one-of-a-kind venue located directly above the Hollywood Walk of Fame, with a location and unbelievable view that are perfect for your next project.
The deck is roughly 1,000 square feet and features elegant Bistro string lighting. It can comfortably accommodate up to 70 people. The Gazebo has 360-degree windows, is air-conditioned, Wi-Fi enabled, and can comfortably seat 8-10 people. The rooftop is accessed through a 2nd floor modern office space, whose kitchen and two restrooms are available to renters for use during events.
