Our location is in Manhattan Beach, near the 405 and the 105 freeways. This location provides quick and easy access to just about everything you could possibly need. LAX is only 4 miles driving distance, which is about 10 minutes away, and the beach is a few minutes drive from the offices.
This is a wonderful large conference room that seats up to 20 guests, lots of natural light, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate!
***Please note that we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm.
***We do not allow any filming.
***Parking is $7 per hour or all day 2+ hours $15.

Conference room, kitchen & outdoor patio are located next to each other, with a connecting door which can be opened for a larger, different set up preference.
Our on-site manager will coordinate with you to ensure all needs are met for a successful shoot. Here are some general policies to keep in mind:
* All rentals include load-in and strike time. If your booking runs over time, you will be charged time and a half per Peerspace policy.
*Insurance cert. is needed. A security deposit may be requested depending on size & scope of your project.
* Child talent must be pre-approved before your production.
* No loud music/noise outdoor after 10:30pm
* This is a smoking & drug-free zone. No smoking will be permitted on the premises.
* Furniture can be moved but must be returned to original setting prior to end of booking. Please inquire for permission first.
* Trash should be placed in the bins and large disposable trash in our dumpster located at the back of the building in the parking lot.
