The third space acts as an office, on the second floor. There are sky lights for natural light that can be easily taped for better lighting control. Great for photo or video shoots. Spacious industrial warehouse with tall ceilings, a kitchen, upstairs blank space/ room, and roof access. Parking with 5 spaces on site as well as easy street parking. A loading dock and roll up door create ease with load in and load out. Great restaurant in the neighborhood. Close to the freeway, easy to find and central to LA.
