We are located in the Beverly Blvd of Poinsettia street. Parking is easy and available.
Standing capacity given the various setups and open spaces could be comfortable 30-45.
Seating capacity with chairs and tables would be around 20-30.
Insomnia cafe serve amazing food and beverages. We provide catering let us know if you need it.

Guests may provide their own food and beverages or bring in an outside caterer (must be insured). Alcohol is allowed if the event insurance. All set up and clean up must be completed within the allotted rental time period.
Children’s (under age 18) parties must be approved before booking, the space is not child-proofed. No 21st birthdays or college parties (including professional & franternal organization) events or other events where the likelihood of underage consumption of alcohol is high
No smoking / illegal drugs
No lit candles / flame of any kind
No use kitchen / bar spaces without approval
No use of outdoor spaces without approval
All trash must be placed in the dumpster / recycle bin.

7,500 sq.-foot DTLA eclectic versatile space
7,500 sq.-foot space with lots of character and versatility - bohemian/elegant/rustic/industrial. The main area features a bar, wooden dance floor, stage, four chandeliers, two massive antique mirrors, A/V equipment and a piano area. There is also a backstage / lounge area with a pool table, a separate rustic-looking restaurant area, and a library and office.
Ample metered street parking (free after 6:00 p.m.)
Walking distance to Metro Blue Line (801) Grand / LATTC Station
Main street-level access; roll-up door at the back entrance (through the alley) for loading.
AMENITIES INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY RATE:
Kitchen area with refrigerator and stove (for warming up food only); trash cans with liners; bathrooms equipped with toilet paper and hand soap.

Audio/Visual equipment (1/8 inch male jack input; stereo female RCA input; stereo female 1/4" input; wired/wireless microphones; 4 subwoofers and 2 full-range speakers; 4 monitor speakers (2 - 15-inch and 2 - 12-inch, full HD projector, motorized 18-foot screen, 2 haze machines; moving heads, pre-programmed motion and light sequence.

The rates published on Giggster are solely for photoshoot/music video/film production. Due to COVID-19, we are very selective as far as booking events. Please inquire about our rates for events.
We charge $10 per hour to run the A/C/heater.
We open the doors at the start time you requested.
Depending on our schedule, we may be able to grant you a 15-minute head start OR a 15-minute grace period to load out. Any additional overtime will be charged the hourly rate in half-hour increments.
Some of the art work at the venue can be used for production only with a release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot.
Please do not remove books from the library shelves.
The floor is polished and lacquered and can be damaged and scratched easily. Please ask us to help with moving furniture or props. We ask that you not drag the furniture or props across the floor.
Please return all furniture and props to their original place.
It's best if you take before photos to remember where to return items.
We will charge $50 to return items not returned to their original place, if multiple items are not returned.
Please do not use tape that could damage the floor or the paint on the walls.
Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls.
Please ask before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts.
Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items.
There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow.
Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal.
We do not allow smoking or the use of any drugs inside the venue (unless used for props).
We do not allow the consumption of alcohol during film or music video production.
The number of people in your booking request should include all persons who will be physically present at the venue - crew, cast, guests etc.

This is an overall vacant motel with a several available rooms, a bar, office space, an accessible balcony and fire escapes. Located in the the DTLA Arts District, a FilmLA permit is needed and special consideration to the neighboring buildings, apartments and lofts must be taken.

This is a multi use event space and location. Its large back space offers over 16000 square feet of space that can be transformed to fit multiple needs for production designers, producers, directors and event coordinators. The space is closed off to the outside to offer DP's the opportunity to create whatever type of lighting environments they choose. The stage and sound system is retrofitted with top line Bose audio systems that offer superior sounding playback and AV hookups for projection on two large screens. The venue also has a number of tables and chairs for production needs. The front of house is a working restaurant and kitchen that could easily double up as any sort of restaurant. The back space also has a full green room for H&MU and talent holding with its own separate restroom. The event space also has a number of working lights suspended from a limited grid that can be used accordingly. If needed, our on site Audio Visual Engineer can be available to coordinate your in house lighting and sound needs.
