Price is negotiable during Covid-19 shut downs!!
East coast neighborhood dive bar feel with big booths and live wood tables. 3 large windows face the street, so a lot of natural light avail OR you would have to duventyne to make completely dark. (Currently 12/20 Covid- shutdown, the windows are boarded up so they would have to be uncovered to get natural light). We have an adjacent lot with 13 spots but we share with other tenants. So lot can only be used after they are closed 6pm-8am next day. The other option is to shoot on Sunday as the other two businesses are closed and you can have the whole lot. Otherwise the mall will lease parking down the street, sportsman’s lodge a few miles away or check the VNSO park.
The restaurant is a neighborhood bistro and bar delivering one of the most lively and welcoming dining experiences in Los Angeles, including delicious food and libations, friendly service and a laidback, unpretentious atmosphere.
Located on the second floor of a thoughtfully restored Masonic Hall in the heart of L.A.'s Highland Park, the restaurant exudes vintage-era warmth and charm, with a dining room designed by L.A.-based Design, Bitches, and a menu and hospitality approach intended to celebrate and continue the building's nearly century-long history as a community gathering place.
Chef Hovig Agop's Mediterranean menu offers a range of modern dips, salads, small plates and entrees at affordable price points, making it an ideal destination for both everyday dining and special occasions.
The bar program includes beer, wine and creative "fast craft" cocktails that playfully pay homage to the establishment's Masonic temple past, such as the Chapter Sweetheart, Hall Grog and Johnny the Giant (a tribute to eight-foot-tall silent film star John Aasen, who was inducted into the Masons in 1924).
Security per guard: $150.00

Adjacent to sister venue Lodge Room, the hall provides a unique, built-in culinary experience for music fans, redefining the quintessential "dinner and a show." Built in 1922 as the Highland Park Masonic Temple, Lodge Room has been preserved and updated for a new chapter. As music fans ascend the stairs to the 2nd story, they escape normalcy and are enveloped with timeless architecture and modern décor allowing an old world feel to usher in new world performances.

Under the glow of vintage Italian chandeliers you can travel back in time to the 70s and depending what you've thrown down the hatch, you can see who you're talking to.The tables are guilt tree trunks and this theme is mirrored in the walls which are lined with tree trunks of the un-gilt variety.
