Located on a quiet/convenient street, this traditional house has everything you need for your film or photo shoot. With rustic farmhouse touches inside, you will instantly feel cozy and warm in our home. We have two bedrooms and one office sprawling over 1300 sqf. All the furniture was carefully curated by professionals who have wonderful taste. Perfect for commercials, photoshoots, digital format, or feature-length. The large backyard, which has driveway access, is the perfect desert oasis. With tons of fruit trees, aloe vera, and succulents, there is plenty of greenery below the massive stone pine tree in our backyard. Sit under our hand-made bench for a picnic scene, or by the fire pit for a night time shoot. We also have a huge 2 car garage with storage inside of it.
