I did not want to spend a bundle on our rehearsal dinner, so renting a home with space to host made the most sense. Very casual, and our out-of-town guests could come and go with ease. Nice location for us.

For a big family rehearsal dinner, this hall was plenty of space. Great for dancing after dinner and kept the whole crowd together rather than splitting up to party after dinner.

Street parking for the trucks was not hard. Used the patio as a restaurant set-up for a rehearsal dinner. Didn't use the whole house, so I can't speak to the rest of the location.

This house was a nice option for our rehearsal dinner. We had tables on all sides of the house, tucked into the different spaces and that made for a nice scene. The caterer was fine with the kitchen, though they had their own set-up too. For the price and location, you can't beat this!
