About the Space
Distinctive 1920s Spanish Revival home in the Hollywood Hills with dramatic, camera-ready interiors ideal for documentary and sit-down interviews, film and television, branded content, editorial photography and smaller productions. The home features a spectacular approximately 35-foot-high rotunda with sweeping staircase, soaring ceilings, original architectural details, arched openings, French doors, fireplace and richly layered interiors. Furnishings combine vintage and globally sourced pieces, offering multiple distinctive backgrounds and shooting angles within one location. The property has been especially popular for documentary and interview shoots, providing beautiful visual depth, character and a distinctly Los Angeles setting. MAIN HOUSE ACCESS This listing is for interior access to the Main House only. The separate guest house/casita, courtyard and other exterior living areas are not included and may be occupied by short-term guests. Crew, equipment and production activity must remain within the Main House and designated access areas. NEED HAIR & MAKEUP, WARDROBE OR MORE PRODUCTION SPACE? When available, our Full Production Property can also be booked and includes the Main House plus a separate two-story, 780 sq. ft. Guest House and additional exterior areas. The Guest House provides valuable dedicated space for hair & makeup, wardrobe, talent holding and production support, with a bedroom, spacious bathroom, full kitchen and living area—allowing the Main House to remain camera-ready during production. Full-property availability varies, so please inquire with your desired date. PARKING + ACCESS A large free parking lot approximately one block away can accommodate crew vehicles and production trucks. Convenient Hollywood location near Highland Avenue and the 101 makes access easy from throughout Los Angeles. Please include your shoot date, hours, crew size and type of production with your inquiry so we can make sure the space is a good fit.

Amazing location. Thank you to the hosts for being so kind. This home is beautiful both inside and out. The backyard is landscaped to create cozy seating / entertainment spaces. The interior is an architectural marvel with a stunning staircase. Will book again.

This space is beautiful and unique. Leah was a fantastic host. She was super accommodating to our myriad of requests, and gave us free rein to do what we needed to do to make the shoot a success. We filmed a couple interviews here, but I actually think it would be a cool venue to host an event or do a photoshoot.
