The rooftop also includes several unique structures, painted walls, stairways and other aesthetic features making it the perfect location for your next photoshoot, event, production or meeting! Additional rooms can be made available for cast and crew holding, video village, etc. Production equipment & lighting rentals are also available! Inquire with host. This space is event-ready! The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day outdoor parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Venmo or Zelle. There are several Truck Loading Bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 25ft freight elevator (Please see freight elevator schedule). The elevator is also operated by an attendant. The entrance to the rooftop has a 40" wide door so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space.
