Productions & filming have a 1 hour minimum. ALL EVENTS have a 4 hour minimum requirement. No smoking, animals, or fire. Space is limited to 30 max people for events. Alcohol not provided. Guests must provide their own alcohol. All events offering bar service are required to hire one of our bartenders at $25/hour + tips. Outside catering not a problem! Food is not allowed inside the speakeasy.
All bookings require a $200 cleaning fee and a refundable $500 security deposit to cover any potential damages and overage. The security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours from the close of the event unless damages have been reported and need to be assessed. When booking your event please be sure to include time for set-up and break-down if needed. There are no early entries. If capacity is exceeded, we charge $30/person over the allowed limit, and will shut down the door if necessary.
