About the Space
Welcome to our fully decorated film sets with everything you need for your next production. FULL access for one price! Barbershop - two barber's chairs and one styling chair, checkout counter and waiting area with product display. Disco Dance Floor - checkered floors and whitewashed brick, disco ball, and funky neons textured with red velvet curtains. 70's Den - a spot to chill with a working NES system, gold veined mirrors, vintage record collection, and more. Neon Bar - black, gold and neon accents with beer taps and full wall display. Ask us about our in-house camera, grip and lighting equipment. We have a small one ton grip package with Aputure lights and cameras including ARRI, Sony, and Blackmagic. We have easy alley parking, in addition to ample street parking. A liquor store, coffee shop, pizza, Subway, Mexican, Mediterranean, Vietnamese, and Indian are all within a two block radius. Ace, Best Buy, Staples, Trader Joe's, Walgreen's, Ralph's, Party City, etc. are all within seven blocks. Our grip is your grip! Feel free to ask about additional convenient camera and lighting packages. Full set of Aputure lights, additional backdrops, LED Panels, etc available. Just ask! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This place was incredible. It sets a tone for any event or idea that you're thinking. We used the bar set and loved it. Fit the idea of the project we're working on beautifully. It has an authenticity and vibe that gives you Cantina and DTLA bar vibes that was just the coolest thing ever. Connor is awesome. Polite, professional, and just the coolest guy. We will definitely be returning for more music projects. If you are considering this place, do yourself a favor and reserve it. It is amazing.

Hosted a birthday party at this venue. It was a great space to host a get together, bluetooth speakers on site, and coolers. Definitely will keep this spot in mind for future gatherings.

Good for what we needed. Easy to gain access, set up lights, etc. Check in and check out was easy and communication was great.

My guests and I loved this space for my going away party! It is quite spacious, even for 30-40 guests. The LEDs/mirrors space was especially popular for photos. I was originally worried about there only being one bathroom, especially with most guests consuming alcohol, but it was never a problem. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and responsive, yet also not visible during the event. I would definitely recommend this space!

Honestly Great Space! For a photo/video shoot this is perfect. Everything is close by and you can easily jump from room to room. The multiple set ups makes everything easier and much cooler. Definitely recommend!
