This place was absolutely perfect for our event! You cannot beat the price for the privacy and lots of parking inside the lot. Fully enclosed with a private gate and entrance. The place is a lot bigger than what you see in the pictures. The best part about this place was the host Daniel who was an absolute gentleman and very easy to work with. Daniel made everything simple and was very accommodating to our special requests. We would highly recommend this venue for any type of event and we of course, will be returning again!

Great location. The host was fast with communication. Loved the backyard setting and the spacious house. The big windows let in a ton of natural light through the whole space. The back house and pool house were great additional spaces for talent and hmu. Parking was a bit tricky since there's a private uphill driveway leading up to the house, so consider having someone shuttle talent and crew from street parking up to the house. There was plenty of street parking for everyone. We were able to fit 2 production trucks and 2 cars in the driveway. Overall, would book again. The house and backyard are just gorgeous! Thanks, Joshua for hosting us.
