About the Space
Updated family ranch-style home in transitional, modern farmhouse style. Home has new hardwood floors, a large open-concept kitchen and is located on a peaceful street in West LA. The house is freshly painted and updated with modern farmhouse decor. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are teenager rooms - one girl, one boy. 2 living room/den areas. Grassy backyard with stone/brick porch and built-in BBQ. Detached garage finished as a living room with TV - great for actor or client holding, or wardrobe and make-up. Ample street parking, walking distance to metro. We do not offer discounts - thx!
