This French Country inspired California home featuring its original herringbone hard wood floors, is the perfect mix of warmth, charm and expansive outdoor spaces. This property boasts cozy yet elegant stylized interiors, from a library with a wood burning fire place, to a dining room with walls that are covered with over 1,000 pieces of 24K gold leaf squares, and of course, the open floor plan family style kitchen with various different seating and hosting options and another wood burning fireplace. The exteriors of this property are where it really shines. Not only does it feature a large pool, tennis court and fully functioning vineyard, this home can comfortably accommodate 250+ guests in its vast outdoor spaces of beautiful lawns and trees, not to mention its organic raised bed vegetable and herb gardens, citrus grove and over 10 different kinds of blooming roses. Parking: a school located right down the road of which can accommodate larger parking situations as well as our expansive driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 15 passenger cars for talent/VIPs.
