About the Space
Our 1,650 sq ft. loft is located in the South Arts District of Los Angeles. The space offers an industrial aesthetic with exposed brick and cream walls. Located on the ground floor, the loft has accessibility with a roll up garage entrance, has 14' ceilings, a full modern kitchen, and one bathroom. The space also features a meditation room, gym, full custom bar, multiple seating areas and one closet. The huge factory window provides all day sunlight and the open floor plan lends itself to multiple uses for company off-sites, photoshoots, filming, instructional sessions, presentations, workshops and events. We're flexible with pricing and shooting hours, so if you have a shoot in mind that falls outside the parameters listed here, just send us a message and we can see if we can work something out.
