About the Space
Beautiful large property in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. Easily accessibly with plenty of parking. The property features a one-story ranch style house built in 1953, a mid-century pool, and a large beautiful garden that has several different themes, from cute swing and beautiful outdoor spaces with mosaic tables and vintage benches, to zen pergola to gigantic cactus and pine trees. The property features large garden with outdoor spaces, many plants and flowers, beautiful decorative planters and pots, and garden objects and art. You have to see it to really appreciate the beauty. Plenty of outdoor rooms for fashion and art photo shoots. The house had hardwood floor, three rooms, old style kitchen and bathroom, a living room with a brick fireplace and vintage furniture. In addition, there is a large driveway and plenty of parking on a wide street outside.
