The space has been designed with tasteful iconic mid-century furniture. Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged.
The building has 1 passenger elevator and 1 freight elevator. The freight elevator schedule is MONDAY- FRIDAY (7:30 AM-7:00 PM). Building working hours 24/7
The building is located near many parking lots and the prices are from $8-$12 per day. You can also use the street meters but be careful with the time to not receive any tickets.
PERFECT FOR Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Social Media Content Creators, Commercial and Print Photography, Product Shots, Interviews, Fitness, Podcast, Photoshoots and Videos, Apparel Shoots, Headshots, Lingerie Shoots, Filming, TV series etc.
REMINDER: your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE it is your responsibility to make sure that all FURNITURE is placed in its original location. If you move the furniture and don't leave it in the way we left it for you, we will charge you 150$ now that the studio has to be in perfect condition like the way we are giving it to you.

PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING TO AVOID CANCELLATION AND EXPENSIVE ADDITIONAL FEES:
1. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO OUR WHITE SOFA. NO SHOES ON THE SOFA. Please do everything possible not to dirty it.
2. NO SHOES ON THE RUG. NO LADDER ON THE RUG.
3. NO STANDING ON THE FURNITURE. A substantial cleaning fee or replacement fee will be added to the booking for guests who stand on, dirty damage our furniture.
4. NO ANY SMALL PARTICLES THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO CLEAN. You will be charged a damage fee if the couches are left with glitter, flowers, and other small particles on them.
5. NO PETS ALLOWED. Turn up with Pet, the booking will be immediately canceled.
6. STRICT FOOD AND DRINK POLICY. Food and drink consumption is only allowed using our fold-up furniture. Strictly no food or drink to be consumed on our furniture.
7. The space is NOT SOUNDPROOF and we will not allow loud music. No Live Bands or Performances for music videos. Music may ONLY be played at the lounge level. Failure to respect the space and surrounding business by playing loud music will result in the early termination of the booking.
8. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CANDLE BURNING, NO INCENSE in the studio and building, NO HAZE OR FOG MACHINE. NO PAINTING, SAND, AEROSOL SPRAY PAINT, GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED.

Highly recommend this space! It’s a new loft with beautiful furniture for the perfect clean aesthetic for any photoshoot or video shoot. Very nice host and easy to navigate. Larger than what is pictured online. It’s the bloggers/content creators dream!
