Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. The building has 1 passenger elevator and 1 freight elevator. The freight elevator schedule is MONDAY- FRIDAY (7:30 AM-7:00 PM). Building working hours 24/7 The building is located near many parking lots and the price is $10 per day (only cash). You can also use the street meters but be careful with the time to not receive any tickets. PERFECT FOR Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Social Media Content Creators, Commercial and Print Photography, Product Shots, Interviews, Fitness, Podcast, Photoshoots and Videos, Apparel Shoots, Headshots, Lingerie Shoots, Filming, TV series etc. REMINDER: your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. BEFORE YOU LEAVE it is your responsibility to make sure that all FURNITURE is placed in its original location. If you move the furniture and don't leave it in the way we left it for you, we will charge you 120$ now that the studio has to be in perfect condition like the way we are giving it to you. AMENITIES: - Wifi - Makeup station - Natural light - Multiple Mirrors - Clothing Rack - Pop Up Dressing Tent - Steamer - Folding Table and Chairs - Pictured Furniture (Couch, Chairs, Decor, Mirrors, Rug, etc..) - 6 Feet Wooden Ladder - White Walls & Concrete Floor STANDARD OVERTIME RATE IS 1.5X If you do not notify the host 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking overtime is subject to x2 times the hourly rate extra charge. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals. SECURITY CAMERA: We do have a camera on the space to monitor: safety, arrival and departure times, overtime, extra charges and damages. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO/ON HANDS/ON FURNITURE. Turn up with Pet and you will be charged extra $800
STRICT FOOD AND DRINK POLICY. Food and drink consumption is only allowed in the fold-up furniture area
Strictly no food or drink to be consumed in other areas/on other furniture except fold-up furniture. (Fee $150)
The space is NOT SOUNDPROOF and we will not allow loud music. No Live Bands or Performances for music videos.
Music may ONLY be played at the lounge level. Failure to respec will result in the early termination of the booking.
NO MOVING OF OUR FURNITURE/DECOR OUTSIDE OF STUDIO. YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO STORE ANYTHING IN THE CORRIDORS.
