7,500 sq.-foot space with lots of character and versatility - bohemian/elegant/rustic/industrial. The main area features a bar, wooden dance floor, stage, four chandeliers, two massive antique mirrors, sound and lighting systems, and a piano area. There is also a backstage / lounge area with a pool table and a separate rustic-looking restaurant area.
Ample metered street parking (free after 6:00 p.m.)
Walking distance to Metro Blue Line (801) Grand / LATTC Station
Main street-level access; roll-up door at the back entrance (through the alley) for loading.
AMENITIES INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY RATE:
Kitchen area with refrigerator and stove (for warming up food only); trash cans with liners; bathrooms equipped with toilet paper and hand soap.
OPTIONAL AMENITIES (FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE):
Audio/Visual equipment (1/8 inch male jack input; stereo female RCA input; stereo female 1/4" input; wired/wireless microphones; 4 subwoofers and 2 full-range speakers; 4 monitor speakers (2 - 15-inch and 2 - 12-inch, full HD projector, motorized 18-foot screen, 2 haze machines; moving heads, pre-programmed motion and light sequence.

The rates published on Giggster are solely for photoshoot/music video/film production. Due to COVID-19, we are very selective as far as booking events. Please inquire about our rates for events.
We $10 per hour to run the A/C/heater.
We open the doors at the start time you requested.
Depending on our schedule, we may be able to grant you a 15-minute head start OR a 15-minute grace period to load out. Any additional overtime will be charged the hourly rate in half-hour increments.
Some of the art work at the venue can be used for production only with a release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot.
Please do not remove books from the library shelves.
The floor is polished and lacquered and can be damaged and scratched easily. Please ask us to help with moving furniture or props. We ask that you not drag the furniture or props across the floor.
Please return all furniture and props to their original place.
It's best if you take before photos to remember where to return items.
We will charge $50 to return items not returned to their original place, if multiple items are not returned.
Please do not use tape that could damage the floor or the paint on the walls.
Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls.
Please ask before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts.
Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items.
There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow.
Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal.
We do not allow smoking or the use of any drugs inside the venue (unless used for props).
We do not allow the consumption of alcohol during film or music video production.
The number of people in your booking request should include all persons who will be physically present at the venue - crew, cast, guests etc.
Light Box Garage
Architectural plexi covered ceiling space with state of the art interchangeable colored LED lights customized for your specific project needs.
Located in the TMZ this approximately 10k sq ft space features an open floor-plan design with easy load in housed in a gated compound with plenty of parking lot options nearby.
Minimum rate shown is based on a 10 hour still photography shoot with 15 or less crew/talent size. Please inquire for rates on larger impact shoots.

DTLA FASHION DISTRICT, ROOFTOP, WHITE SETTING
Our rooftop has been recently renovated and provides a clear and clean backdrop and surrounding ideal for any photoshoot or videoshoot. The floor, and the rooftop itself has been painted white to provide ideal lighting on any given day. There is a view of the DTLA skyline as well as various elements that have been preserved to provide an industrial look. The location is in the middle of DTLA's Fashion district just a few blocks away from the infamous Santee Alley, which gives you options to which you can explore the heart and soul of one of Los Angeles' most busiest areas.
The given regular available times are (Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM) .
ALL BOOKINGS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF THE AVAILABLE TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO A SCALING RATE. ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON VARIABLES OF THE PRODUCTION. Please inquire with management.

- Our business or the building managers are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to the Renter, his party or possessions while on the rooftop.
- If any of the crew members or talent fails to follow these rules, the will be subject to a fine, to be determined, and will be removed by the staff immediately.
- Rules will be enforced regardless of prior knowledge.
- All necessary permits are the Renter's responsibility.
New York style warehouse loft with Central A/C
This beautiful New York style warehouse loft is located in the fashion district, close to the 10 freeway. 10,000 sqft of shooting space! RoseWolff Studio is the ideal location for commercials, workout videos, yoga classes, seminars, magazines, headshots music videos and much more!
It offers one concrete side with gorgeous cemented beams and one wood side with hardwood floors and beams. Windows wrap around the entire building, letting in natural light throughout the entire day. The space has three points of entry, one of which is a freight elevator. It has 2 bathrooms, a make up room and a private roof access with breathtaking views of the Los Angeles skyline (extra fee applies). There is central A/C in the entire building and each room has 3 different circuits of 30 amps each.
Lots of different textures at this location : exposed brick, metal door, concrete beams, wood beams...
Rate is based on the crew size. Discount applies for a full day.

Abandoned Pool Hall and Motel
**NOTE: Rates are variable and based on impact (i.e. motion vs. stills, hour on property, cast/crew size, content, and amount of areas used). The rate proposed on this listing is based upon minimal impact and crew size for a NON-commercial stills shoot.**
This is an overall vacant motel with a several available rooms, a bar, office space, an accessible balcony and fire escapes. Located in the the DTLA Arts District, a FilmLA permit is needed and special consideration to the neighboring buildings, apartments and lofts must be taken.

Open kitchen layout with working oven and stovetop from the 1950's, beautiful large marble countertop, double door refrigerator, large freezer, makers/prep space in the back, loading in and out area with parking surrounded by creative antiques that may be used for props.
Many locations available, please inquire about the many other adjacent rooms we have in this 9,000 sq ft building.
