Ryan is a great host, and the space offers a number of interesting opportunities for filming. With minimal dressing, we made it look like a department store. Plenty of street parking around, and easy to get to.

Thank you Ryan for a great space to celebrate! I had a milestone birthday to celebrate and this space exceeded my expectations, team was great and communicated well. The space was ready on time for my party and I, parking right in front. Bar on one side and on the other a place to have our food and desserts. Would definitely recommend and will consider this place again for future events!
