Designated work areas are anchored by two custom live edge 4'x12' solid Ash slabs - easily able to seat up to 6 per table. Breakout work stations, 7' conference table seating 8, and a stylish lounge add to the flexibility and convenience of this open office. There are two private restrooms and an onsite shower within the office complex. Wifi and utilities included - printer is available. Kitchen amenities include an Nespresso and Keurig coffee maker and a full sized fridge with water and ice dispenser. Our space is located within the bustling Springdale General complex; home to other like-minded artisans and creatives, as well as tasteful restaurants, bar, and Cafe Medici's coffee roasting facility. Additionally, this area avoids heavy traffic and is conveniently located to access major highways, local transportation, the Airport, UT campus, Mueller District and Downtown. This office will be shared with the permanent fixtures of the Gallery's art advisory staff which can range from 4 - 7 people. Artwork is regularly displayed on walls for various client focused events sprinkled throughout the year. Generally, you'll find this office to have calm and quiet presence. We have 25' vaulted ceilings making open conversations or calls unobtrusive to others.
