This listing is for private access to a spectacular mid-century modern style 3500 sq. ft. home conveniently located 5 miles outside of downtown Austin. Property includes a in-home photography studio. If you are looking for a space that inspires creativity through interior design or a bold view of nature, this is the perfect location. Built in 2013, the space is open, bright and airy. The common area is lined with windows providing an amazing backdrop of the expansive hill country views. Outside the windows boasts a 112’ deck with several venues to sit and relax between meetings, take photos or videos. If you will be using a drone please let me know ahead of time. We can accommodate up to 7 cars. There is no street parking due to narrow streets. You can park at HEB shopping center and carpool if needed. In addition to the common space, there are 3 bedrooms - one is set up as a lounge area, a studio and the third as a bedroom. There are two bathrooms. Features/Amenities: • 60” Smart TV/Monitor • HDMI cables • Easel • On-Site Parking • Refrigerator • 9’ Table • 6’ Table • 15 chairs Activities that work well here include: retreats, photography, videos, team meetings, presentations, client meetings, interviews, sales meetings, collaboration, brainstorming sessions, workshops, classes, meet-ups, group work, networking events, product launches, socials, corporate gatherings, business events, off-site meetings and more. Set up: furniture can be removed or configured ahead of time.

    My sister had micro-wedding party at the house and everything was wonderful. We loved the view and Cindy is a great host. She was super understandable and welcomed us into her home. I highly recommend this place for small family gatherings or photo shoots or if you are looking for a small wedding party with your loved ones.

    Fantastic space! Great natural lighting. Cindy has set up this space beautifully so you have multiple areas you can use for your shoot. Multiple rooms, decor, set ups, etc. Plus, communication was great from the very beginning.

    Beautiful house. Multiple rooms with multiple looks. Excellent lighting during golden hour. Cindy was super fast at responding and very easy to communicate with. Would rent again.

    Cindy was a really gracious host. The home is beautiful, the views are spectacular and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had as a producer in 30 years. Highly recommend this property. The parking is the only issue due to 5he narrow streets, but it wasn't a really big issue if you plan for it.

    This home is absolutely fabulous! Cindy was truly great to work with and the house is gorgeous and spotless. We hosted a small team meeting there, and everything was perfect for a little time out of the office.
