I designed my home and its interior. It was completed in 2016. It is on a quiet street in the Westlake Hills. The property is fronted by an elegant white stucco wall. The front yard, adjacent to the home, is xeriscaped with rock features. There are two gates and driveways. The first gate gives access to the house and car port. Beyond the second driveway is a large flat grassy field. The property is peppered with beautiful trees which are lit at night. The glass rear of the house overlooks a wooded peninsula and Barton Creek with spectacular views over the valley. There is a small infinity pool.
The front of the house is Spanish Colonial style. Access to the home is via an antique Moroccan gate into a courtyard featuring ancient pillars, a fountain and a fire pit. In contrast, the rear of the home is open plan and ultra modern with concrete and steel. Floor to ceiling windows provide access to glorious views over the greenbelt.
