About the Space
Stunning spacious loft decorated with modern interior decor. Our loft is located in the heart of downtown LA and is located on the 11th floor of the building with unobstructed views of the city. The single-story loft is 1,000 sqft and contains large windows which provide plenty of natural sunlight. Elevators: Three passenger elevators; One Freight Our Loft could be best used for the following: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more. REMINDER: No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. Please Note: Our loft is not soundproof, and we will not allow loud music. Security Cameras: There is security cameras inside the space that will be used only if necessary when Giggster asks for proof of footage. Such as: damages, late departures and safety concerns.
