Our home is one funky, dated, quirky 70s home. There's wood paneling and linoleum and mirrored walls abound. We have an epic fireplace, a green bathtub with 20 different patterns of kitsch wallpaper and linoleum in that one room alone. It was once a horse stable, and therefore our storage units at the top of our driveway used to be a tack rooms to store saddles. There are still the original horse signs at the top of each of the storage doors. We are open to crews as we both work in production. We are fine with moving out furniture and making it your own styling, as long as that can be handled by production.

I am a designer/stylist with my studio in one of the rooms full of tools and a ton of great props like wigs and other beauty supplies that anyone shooting here is welcome to use if used with respect. basically i have everything you need :)
NO BIG PRODUCTIONS. if you are a big production you will need to contact me directly to get permits for this.
this is a small loft, your truck loads of equipment and props are not welcome. there are plenty of props in the loft and you are welcome to move furniture around but no outside furniture.
