Due to COVID-19, we are very selective as far as booking events. Please inquire about our rates for events. We charge $10 per hour to run the A/C/heater. We open the doors at the start time you requested. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to grant you a 15-minute head start OR a 15-minute grace period to load out. Any additional overtime will be charged the hourly rate in half-hour increments. OUR RULES: Some of the art work at the venue can be used for production only with a release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot. Please do not remove books from the library shelves. The floor is polished and lacquered and can be damaged and scratched easily. Please ask us to help with moving furniture or props. We ask that you not drag the furniture or props across the floor. Please return all furniture and props to their original place. It's best if you take before photos to remember where to return items. We will charge $50 to return items not returned to their original place, if multiple items are not returned. Please do not use tape that could damage the floor or the paint on the walls. Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls. Please ask before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts. Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items. There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow. Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal. PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow smoking or the use of any drugs inside the venue (unless used for props). We do not allow the consumption of alcohol during film or music video production. The number of people in your booking request should include all persons who will be physically present at the venue - crew, cast, guests etc.

Our venue is an eclectic outdoor space ready for all kinds of projects and events! This spacious yet intimate spot is tucked right behind our partners’ retail space and fully functional for all kinds of uses: Creative Productions, Music Releases, Small Weddings, Hosting Classes or Workshops, Social Clubs, Birthdays, Film Screenings, Dinner Parties, Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, you name it. It features string lights, sun shade sails, turf ground cover, gorgeous open-faced brick walls on two sides, our mural (you may dress and cover this if you wish) and a glass-front cafe space. Also outside is access to multiple power sources for AV, some storage, and access to the alleyway for loading in and out. The space is typically set up with six 8ft tables, and a large umbrella affixed to bench seating. These can be removed to bring in your own set up. Should you want to book with use of the cafe: the interior has 3 Fryers, 2 Flattops, 4 Steamers, Prep Tables, Handwashing Sink, 3 Compartment Sink, and has been approved by the Health Department as having the necessary amenities for food service. This will add a cleaning fee of $100. You or your food vendor must bring in ice! We do not have a refrigerator on site. WIFI accessibility! Street parking! -Available daily with a 4 hour minimum. -Maximum occupancy for a standard rental is 100 people. Anything over 100 and the rate changes to $300/hr with permission. -Porto Potty outside. -Inside restroom available until 7pm, or until end of event for a flat $225 -Please allow enough time for set up and break down when booking your rental hours. -Please respect our neighbors in terms of amplified sound. -We are here to help with permit paperwork if you think you need it at an added fee.
