First off.. Wow! This location is even more beautiful that the pictures depict! There are decorations on the outdoor patio that truly brought a homey touch to this office/ studio space! It was a point of conversation throughout the night. The location itself is very spacious, clean bathroom, and the kitchenette had all the space and everything you could ask for! There were enough chairs for every one of our team members and enough floor space for our us to move around comfortably and as needed. The creative nature is felt in that space and would be great for rehearsal dance space, acting rehearsals, photo shoots, and a co-working shared space. After much looking, this space was the best valued in the North Hollywood area, and the amenities didn't disappoint! Thank y'all so very much for hosting us!

This place was perfect for our women's meeting! Jordan was so kind, responsive and welcomed us to open the place for us which was really great! Everything we needed was there and even had a cute fireplace to keep us warm. I would recommend and definitely would use this listing again.

This office space was SO perfect for what we needed. It's such a great size and Hannah (site rep) + Ron (building maintenance) were both so lovely and accommodating. The parking lot makes things VERY convenient, and the size of the space really helped to make our crew of 30 fit comfortably. It was so great and has beautiful natural light. Would definitely book again and hope to for future productions.
