Noah is absolutely phenomenal. Such an incredible host and human. This was my second time booking the space (the first was for a video shoot which went so well I decided to boom the venue for my boyfriends birthday). Cannot recommend it enough for parties, shoots, small concerts or comedy shows. The perfect venue with the perfect host!

  • Take into account the history of the area: If there are any First Nations or other cultural groups with ties to the river, be sure to involve them in your planning. This will help to ensure that your event is respectful and inclusive.

  • Consider the logistics of your event: Will you need to rent a space? How will people get there and home again? Will there be food and drink available? If so, what kind? Make sure you have a clear plan for how everything will come together on the day of the event.

  • Promote your event: To make sure your event goes off without a hitch, tell as many people as possible and generate excitement through social media, flyers, telephone, or even snail mail. The more interest you drum up, the better chance you have of getting big attendance numbers.
