7,500 sq.-foot space with lots of character and versatility. The main area has a bar, wooden dance floor, stage, chandeliers, sound and lighting systems, and a piano area. There is also a backstage / lounge area with a pool table and a separate rustic-looking restaurant area. Our space has been described as bohemian and elegant/rustic/industrial.
Film/music video shoots have used our space for a Great Gatsby-themed backdrop, Mexican/Asian restaurant, brewery, jazz performance, stand-up comedy, fashion show, video game or other product launch event, seminars etc.
Ample street parking (free after 6:00 p.m.)
Walking distance to Metro Blue Line (801) Grand / LATTC Station
Main street-level access; roll-up door at the back entrance through the alley for loading
Amenities included in the hourly rate:
Stage; wooden dance floor; chairs, tables and benches; chandeliers; library; reception area; pool table; piano; bar with refrigerator; separate dining area connected to the kitchen; kitchen area with refrigerator and stove (for warming up food only); trash cans with liners; separate bathrooms for men and women (equipped with toilet paper and hand soap).
Optional amenities (for an additional fee):
Audio/Visual equipment (1/8 inch male jack input; stereo female RCA input; stereo female 1/4" input; wired/wireless microphones; 4 subwoofers and 2 full-range speakers; 4 monitor speakers (2 - 15-inch and 2 - 12-inch, full HD projector, motorized 18-foot screen, 2 haze machines; moving heads, pre-programmed motion and light sequence.

3100 square foot designer home with mid-century modern, bohemian, and Swedish, Scandinavian, décor. The home completely updated and impeccably furnished. With two spacious living rooms with a dual fire place, dining room, a standalone bar and open chef’s kitchen all within an open floor plan.
Large zen-inspired master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sliding door opening to the backyard. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and gorgeous natural light. All the artwork has been made by the me, so ALL OF THE ARTWORK IS CLEARED.
I am a Producer, I understand the rigors of production, and have designed the home with that in mind - by providing what you need to make your shoot as easy as possible.

This house is ready to shoot in with very little notice. It's a living prop house, celebrating my 30 years behind the camera with Hollywood's best! I have just recently made my listing public, be one of the first to find this treasure! MOST all of my props are available for your production, although much of the artwork is copyright protected and can not be used in any scenes. As mentioned on Giggster.com's website, rates are based on a TEN HOUR SHOOT DAY, any overtime is equal to 1.5X an hourly rate which shall be figured out between Giggster.com and the renter. The Hollywood Sign + Hollywood Blvd are just a TEN minute drive away. Very close to West Hollywood, Burbank and Downtown L.A. also!
Office Conference Room with Two-way Mirror
Located in the Sherman Oaks Galleria, this office space can be used in a variety of ways. Primarily a Market Research Facility, this office space has been used for films such as Bruno, and been featured in various TV pilots, shows and commercials.
Each room can be configured to your needs. We have tables and chairs, but we can clear out the rooms to put in your own furniture and equipment. Each room has a lounge and an observation room.
Prices can be negotiable, depending on your needs. Prices listed are for one room, but we will work with you on pricing, should you choose to rent additional rooms, especially if this is a multiple day rental.
We have a small room that can also be used as a make-up room and a cafe room that can be rented out.
We also have a production representative, with experience in the entertainment business onsite, who understands production needs and will help in whatever you might need.

This charming Spanish-style abode features a perfect blend of historic character, thoughtful details and modern design.
