Welcome to stunning rustic loft in Toronto’s Roncesvalles neighborhood. Located on the second floor of a historic building, this space is brimming with character, featuring exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and an open layout. With south and west exposure, the studio is bathed in natural light from four large 10.5 x 8-foot windows, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline and the iconic CN Tower. Whether you're planning a photoshoot, filming a project, or hosting a event, our studio provides a versatile and inspiring environment. For added convenience, we offer one reserved parking spot for deliveries and free street parking until 12:01 a.m., making it easy for you and your team to access the space. Additionally, there’s a freight elevator available for transporting equipment and larger props directly to the studio. Please note, the studio is not soundproof, and building noise may occur during regular business hours. Nonetheless, the studio isw perfect blend of urban charm and functionality, ready to bring your creative vision to life.
