PLEASE NOTE
- Guests required to follow lock-up procedure.
- $250 security deposit
- $60 cleaning fee
- Guests are responsible for the safe keeping of the space, furniture and equipment.
- We are not responsible for the damage or loss of the guests belongings.
- Your booking period must include your set up and clean up time.
- All garbage must be disposed of to the container at the back of the building.
- All guests will have to sign a rental contract. Once signed, access instructions will be provided.

The space can be used for photo shoots, small work events, weddings, filming, family gatherings, charity events and much more. We can also clear the product out for short term coffee and retail pop ups or clear a small section.
We can provide add on services such as having a barista/bartender onsite.
The pricing terms are flexible as we really want to support the local community.

With your support, we're able to offer discounted space to non-profit groups like Ladies Learning Code. You're an important player in our vision to create a space where all people can learn to code.
With windows on two sides, this bright and airy classroom is sure to impress. This 35 person classroom has an easy-to-use projector and AV equipment to make workshops and seminars a breeze. Guests will have access to shared kitchenette and washrooms.

Rooftop Patio. Live in the city and looking for some private outdoor space? Green rooftop patio is great for family BBQs, small weddings, and small corporate events up to 25 people max. The space come equipped with gas BBQ, gas fireplace, and patio furniture. Newly updated layout including a water tight pergola so you can still enjoy your event if it is raining! Must be able to do stairs.
Newly renovated and conveniently located in the Heart of Downtown Toronto, this venue features a large open-concept space with a built-in kitchen/service space designed for workshops, product launch events, meet-ups, or selected social gatherings.
Please note that the pricing is for a maximum of 40 people and would increase by $20 per person above 40.
Also, an additional $200 for cleaning will be there (No exceptions)

This quiet room is directly above Queen St. West, steps away from the best shops, coffee, and lunch spots Toronto has to offer. This space has access to a shared kitchenette (sink, microwave, kettle) and washrooms.

Our daily rate is applicable for our operating hours from 11am-5pm (11am-8pm on Wednesdays). An additional hourly rate of $80/hour is charged outside of these hours. This price includes use of both the lounge and auditorium.
We offer an exclusive reception space and adjoining auditorium that is perfect for small parties, lectures, meetings and special events. The lounge space is ideal for cocktail receptions of up to 75 guests or for intimate sit down dinners of approximately 30 people.
Expansive windows fill the space with natural light and dimmer switches allow you to set the atmosphere you desire. The auditorium is an ideal, distinctive space for your award presentation, product launch, meeting or lecture that provides seating for 60 guests. A large screen is available for multimedia presentations and Audio/Visual equipment can be rented upon request. If you want to make your event even more memorable for your guests, arrange for a private tour of the galleries. We are happy to arrange a special, curator led tour of exhibitions during events for an extra charge.
