About the Space
A spacious, professionally styled hard loft in downtown Toronto at Adelaide Street East and Sherbourne Street. This southeast-facing, second-floor loft features 12-foot ceilings, wraparound windows and abundant natural light. The interiors are thoughtfully designed with vintage furniture, artwork, plants and distinctive pieces. The aesthetic blends mid-century modern design with warm, collected and slightly bohemian elements, creating a versatile backdrop for productions, interviews, meetings and events. The loft has its own entrance from Adelaide Street. IDEAL FOR Photography, branding, interviews, documentaries, commercials, workshops, writer’s rooms, podcasts, music videos, meetings, launches and small events. THE SPACE Bookings include the open living, dining and office area, full kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom with a bathtub. One private room is closed. As a vintage dealer and curator, I continually source furniture and decor for the loft, so the space evolves over time. Most pieces shown in the listing photos remain, but some may be sold and replaced with new finds. If a specific piece or setup matters, please message before booking to confirm availability. Furniture and decor may be moved but must be returned before the booking ends. AMENITIES Wi-Fi, dimmable pot and ambient lighting, full kitchen and tableware, TV with HDMI port, JBL Clip speaker, and light-filtering and blackout blinds. Guests may use the TV for presentations or viewing; please bring required cables or adapters. Specialty production lighting is not provided. SOUND The loft is extra quiet for downtown and has hosted interviews, podcasts and other sound-sensitive bookings. Occasional city noise may occur. As this is a residential building, noise must remain respectful. PERSONALLY HOSTED I remain onsite throughout every booking to welcome guests, answer questions and assist as needed while giving your team room to work. BOOKING Two-hour minimum. $95/hour for up to five people. $135/hour for six or more people. Setup, teardown and load-out must be included within the reserved time. All guests, equipment and props must be out by the scheduled end time. Same-day overtime is subject to availability and billed at $150/hour. ADD-ONS Coffee service, catering and other enhancements are available for an additional fee. Please review the Add-Ons section for current options and pricing. PREVIOUS BOOKINGS Past clients include Adidas, Hot Docs, HarperCollins, Dr Jordan B Peterson Podcast, Global News, RBC, Epic Games, Bather, Knotty Knickers, Dum Audio & the Bon Vivant Dinner series. FOOD + HOUSE RULES Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Used dishes should be placed in the dishwasher; excess garbage should be securely bagged. No smoking, vaping, pets, parties, adult-content filming, loud music or excessive noise. All activity must remain inside the loft. No filming, equipment or gathering is permitted in hallways, stairways or common areas. The building entrance and common hallway are monitored by video. ACCESS The loft is accessed by one full flight of stairs, with no elevator. Please consider this when planningm equipment load-in. Parking is often available on Adelaide Street. There is an underground garage on Sherbourne, north of Adelaide, open 24 hours, PREVIEWS A complimentary 20-min preview is available by appointment.

We had an excellent team strategy day in this space. In the lead-up to our booking, Sabrina was very responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions and providing timely updates. She also took care of coffee and snacks for us, which everyone really enjoyed. The space is bright and beautiful, and it was a great setting for creative discussions.

Wonderful space that was really easily accessible even during prime hours in the city. Lots of natural light and tons of options for shooting. Host was warm, helpful, and great communicator. Will be looking for another reason to book this space.

This is a really gorgeous space with lots of light and we had no issues whatsoever with noise. Sabrina is an amazing host who goes out of her way to be accommodating. We needed to extend and it was no problem. We left a prop behind, she was so helpful getting it back to us. She was supportive with the last minute extension of our shoot hours. Book this space, it's a brilliant experience.
