About the Space
Our studio offers a brightly lit 1000 sqft. space in a convenient location, designed with the unique needs of Toronto creatives in mind. The studio comes with a selection of carefully curated furniture pieces to create a decor that serves as a unique playground for photographers and artists, as well as a vast array of equipment suitable for all types of photoshoots – wedding parties, bridal, maternity, family, kids, pets, editorial, product, fashion, or commercial. We’ve got all the details covered so you can relax and concentrate on your artistic vision! Backdrop usage - $8/foot used on the ground (stepped on or products/props placed on top) Studio Features: •Ample natural light •10’ high ceilings •Free high-speed WiFi •Marshall Action II bluetooth speaker •Air conditioning •Loading area with elevator access •4 completely furnished photography sets which can be used as is or adapted as necessary •Additional props (i.e. accent chairs, plants etc.) •Full length mirror •Makeup vanity with LED mirror •Changeroom •Free parking •Proximity to Sherway Gardens Shopping Mall, plazas, and ample dining locales Equipment Included •2 soft boxes •1 flash unit equipped with umbrella & remote trigger (Available upon request only) •1 tripod •3 extension cords •Garment steamer •Garment rolling rack OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Giggster. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

Miruna and the space were wonderful. She was very accommodating when we needed to change the weekend we were renting the space. She was always fast to respond to any questions I had and was willing to help with anything we needed. The space was clean and a great size for our photoshoot. The families could find it easily and there was plenty of parking. All around it was a great experience and we will definitely book this space again!
