About the Space
Welcome to this bright open concept corner street-level space in a centrally located and vibrant Toronto neighbourhood. This space is warm, welcoming and stands out with double red doors! You are welcomed with high ceilings, lots of natural light, tons if windows, hardwood flooring and exposed brick walls. It is conveniently located with ample street parking available on College Street and on side streets. Easily accessible by TTC. (Streetcar, Bus and Dufferin Subway Station) This character-filled space is located in an old building with beautiful pillars. Equipped with a full kitchen, all appliances, as well as coffee station, heating and window AC unit, folding tables, chairs, bar stools, couch, movable ottomans, one large screen TV. A fully equipped space also including some stylish and fun props for your use. It has everything you need and more for your event, gathering, workshop or any special occasion. It is also family/kid friendly. I have many toys, puzzles, games, etc. available for babies, toddlers and children to play with. There is also additional furniture and props available for your use such as retro stove, vintage school desk, free-standing popcorn machine, gumball machine, etc. that can be used for photo shoots and incorporated into your events. The red fridge and vintage stove in particularly are very popular and always talked about:) There is a stainless steel stove/oven in place of vintage stove for cooking, heating and warming up food. The vintage stove is still there, but more as a prop and decor item now. The kitchen island other pieces are movable, so you can configure the space for your use and vision. This space is great for photoshoots, meetings, events, special occasion events, seminars, yoga, fitness classes, cooking classes and events, workshops, seminars, live music, artisan markets, private parties, events, dinners, clothing trunk shows, pop-up shops, book clubs, etc. There is also a spacious side garden/yard that is very pretty during the warmer and fall months. There is bench seating to enjoy the flowers, sun and shade depending on the time of day. It's a great bonus space to enjoy and make use of during your booking. I am also have some fun extras for an additional minimal fee including: bean bag toss, jumbo connect 4, large jenga, jumbo checkers, bucket of photo props and other fun games to play indoors/outdoors -for the young and young at heart:) This storefront street-level space is also fantastic for creative classes, pop-up shops, artisan markets, comedy events, yoga or dance classes or hosting an event! Some of the past bookings here include: wedding showers, workshops, business meetings, photo shoots, pop-up shops, clothing trunk shows, kid's events, dance and music classes, pet adoption events, community fundraisers, space for film crew, actors, meetings for clubs, comedy nights, live music, acting rehearsal space, etc. The possibilities are endless! Wonderful space for my birthday party! I was able to comfortably fit 30 people standing and had ample space to serve food and drinks on the tables and counters. The fridge was really handy to keep drinks cold, and having a TV and speaker there was very useful. I think the space looks better in person, and Maria was such a helpful and responsive host. I would definitely book this space again for any future events!

This place was awesome its such a cute space honestly its so comforting and cute!! Me and 28 of my friends had a Halloween party here , we kept our music low and regardless had so much fun we received absolutely no complaints from any tenants and the host is so kind she answered all my questions. The space was open, had seating, full kitchen with lots of utensils, plates etc at your disposal! It was clean and bright which was perfect for my daughter’s birthday! There was enough space for about 15 kids and their parents comfortably! The kiddos also took advantage of the outdoor area to run around and get some energy out! We will definitely look to rent this space again if needed! Maria was a terrific host, great communicator and super helpful!

hosted my birthday party here this weekend, maria was so lovely and helpful every step of the way. the space itself was so cute and spacious, lots of room to play games and have fun. 😊 i thoroughly enjoyed how much character it had as well as how much thought was put into the space from a host perspective, you can cook, make coffee for guests and she even had tons of dishes to use if needed! would highly recommend, will be back for sure!🤍🕺🏻

Thank you Maria for allowing us to use your comfortable space for our baby shower! Maria’s space is cozy yet still roomy and had everything we needed for our event. Maria was also a very responsive host, and when it was time for our event and we asked if we could extend our booking (people were having a lot of fun!), it was so helpful that Maria was so easy to get in touch with.
