April 2024 Open for small shoots (1-6 ppl max!). Host doesn't accept etransfer, per Giggster policy. Attention @TorontoShutterbugs! Stunning ground floor downtown TO heritage hard loft. Corner unit with SE exposure and 18 ft ceilings. Features: red & tan brick, dark hardwood floors, pharaonic windows (x4), a massive chalkboard, a plethora of books/plants, and tons of character. Space is ideal for: * Small photography/videography sessions (lifestyle, social media, etc.) * Client meetings (6 ppl max) NOT for bdays, bridal showers, or anything involving food and drinks, which isn't allowed in the loft area (damage deposit wouldn't cover stains). SOUTH EAST EXPOSURE The 3 large transom windows w stained glass are East facing, the other one, w the manzanita branch, is South facing. PRICING 2 HOUR MINIMUM $55 for 1-2 ppl; Select Production type $60 for 3-4 ppl; Select Event type $75 for 5-6 ppl; Select Meeting type 1 HOUR ONLY $100 for 1-3 guests only (not larger groups!); Select Production type (6-15 people) *NB: Host may stay quietly in their bedroom (not pictured) out of guests way for 1 hr sessions; early mornings or late afternoons, not weekends! NO LARGE GROUPS: Host never accepts groups of 7+ ppl (wear & tear is too costly). SITE VISIT $30 cash deposit, to be returned in full (in cash, on day of reservation) if space is booked within 60 days. Ideally, these photos coupled with the reels etc. on Instagram should suffice (@torontoshutterbugs). NOISE There is a daycare nearby. Kids are NOT playing outside Mon-Fri from 11:45-2:45 pm. Before and after that, kids may be heard playing. OVERTIME (OT) Setup and tear down time must be factored in start/end time. OT requests & rates are: * $45: extra 30 minutes * $90: extra hour CLEANING VS TAX FEE $25 Cleaning fee covers TAXES/SITE FEES—NOT cleanup. Space is expected to be in the same condition guests received it (if not, cleaning fee to be applied). LIGHTING & EQUIPMENT Lighting is NOT provided. There are 2 pot lights and 3 lamps in the space. ALL equipment must be protected w rubber ends so as to not damage walls, floors and furniture. LOFT INCLUDES - Living/Dining Room - Full Access - Bathroom & Kitchen - Limited Access - Bedroom, NOT pictured - ZERO ACCESS LOFT RULES/OTHER -NO outer footwear in loft (new, CLEAN shoes ok) -SCENT FREE space (am sensitive to strong chemical scents; naturally scented products/oils ok) -FOOD and beverages to be kept in kitchen (not loft area, water excepted) -No smoking/vaping, parties, body butter/oil, glitter/confetti, markers, adult filming, or loud music -Condo entrance and hallway is monitored by video **this is a residential, quiet building** PARKING Guests may use the loading dock at the back of the building providing their telephone number is visible on their dash board so they may contacted should there be an emergency (ambulance, fire, etc).
