Bright New York Style Loft and photo studio near downtown Toronto. A spacious daylight photography studio in the heart of Leslieville (Toronto) home to original factory grid windows and exposed brick walls. This light-filled hard loft is the perfect space explore your creativity through photography, videography, content creation, client meetings, workshops and more. ⠀ Our studio features: Massive North Facing Warehouse Windows 14 FT Ceilings White Exposed Brick Walls Classic New York-style hard loft space 5 piece white cloud couch backdrop rolls and stand. Functional kitchen. If you would like to make use of the backdrop stand and rolls, please request in advance. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Mixed residential building. The studio is not soundproof. *Please keep a reasonable noise level in the studio at all times. No loud music/noises. Please note the following: * this space is a home * a cat lives here * shooting should be kept to the main studio space. * no shooting in the hallways or stairwells. everything should be done within the unit Alcohol is NOT permitted. No recreational drugs. No loitering, loud noises or cameras in the hallways. No pornographic or implied pornographic content. No dates or sexual activity. Parking lot for residents only. Paid parking is available on the street. No glitter, confetti, sand, or other difficult to clean items permitted. No pets allowed. There are security cameras in the space. You will be charged a fee if any of the rules are not followed. Do not unplug anything including security cameras, internet router, etc. Do not open drawers or make use of items that are not on display Please remove shoes at the door upon entering or change to indoor shoes. ***No outdoor shoes to be worn inside the studio. We are not responsible for loss or damages to items left in the unit or the building. You are responsible for treating this space with kindness and respect. If not, you will be charged for damages. Set up and clean up time must take place within the booked time slot. If overtime is required, you will be charged for an extra hour starting 15 minutes after your booking time. **Clean up trash or other items on-premises before leaving. Please leave all trash in a tied up garbage bag in the kitchen. If the room is left untidy, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
