This space is a new dedicated exhibition and programming space. We provide opportunities for artists and members of the public to rent low-cost space for exhibitions and programming of all kinds. This multi-use space will be available for workshops, presentations, meetings, and community events as well as exhibitions, performances and other artistic programs.

Please note that artists are responsible for providing gallery attendants for their exhibitions, and planning any associated events and receptions.
This is a fully accessible facility. There are no steps to enter the building or throughout. There are automated entrances. There is one gender-neutral washroom with grab bars.

DAY RENTAL RATES ARE FROM 9am-11pm. All rentals that go past 11pm are charged at an hourly rate of $150 until 2am and $250 from 2am onwards.
There is a $150 cleaning fee added to all rentals, which includes all painting and patching of walls and all garbage and recycling disposal.
$500 damage deposit - either by e-transfer or hold on credit card.

The exterior of the building is white brick, clean and modern. The interior space includes a dedicated display front window area, perfect for hanging art or displaying products. With neutral grey wood floors throughout, exposed white washed ceiling beams, and white walls, it provides a spacious and contemporary backdrop for your event.

The gallery is very accessible via TTC. The College, Dundas and King streetcars all intersect here. The nearest subway stop is Dundas West, and is a mere 5 minute walk away. There is free street parking for most of the day (excluding rush hour times) and overnight. The neighbourhood has an eclectic creative feel with cafes, restaurants, galleries and specialty shops along Dundas and all throughout Roncesvalles.

Our gallery and studio based co-working space is in Parkdale, Toronto, Canada. At our foundation, we provide a creative working environment for emerging artists, designers, and entrepreneurs on both a permanent and short-term basis.
The studio is divided into 2 dedicated spaces: a workroom comprised of individual workstations and an open-concept area dictated to showcase projects (gallery), hold meetings, photoshoots (lots of natural light) and workshops.
Our goal is to provide a space that encourages a cross pollination of ideas amongst a broad spectrum of emerging talent, cultural contributors and innovators in their protective fields.
Intimately classy 400 sqft space accessible to rooftop patio in downtown Toronto. Beautifully designed with built in bar and classic chandeliers the intimate size and luxury furniture to choose from create a desirable boutique experience and bespoke environment.
This downtown art gallery offers a large open multi-purpose space with high ceilings and exposed beams. The space can and has been used for fundraisers, cocktail parties, private dinners, small weddings, product launch parties, fashion shows, and film sets.
We have contacts with event planners, caterers, and A/V Equipment services as well as handling all of the event rentals. Anything from plates, cutlery, and tables to larger catering equipment like heating ovens. We can also instruct you with acquiring event alcohol licensing. We are also able to provide you with a smart-serve certified bartender upon request, we offer this service at a flat rate of CAD $150.
The space also has a large loading bay door for easy pick up and drop off for caterers, event displays and signage, large promo material, etc.
What's unique about this space is it will always be decorated with a new display of contemporary fine art on the walls. However, if you are looking for a more minimal aesthetic or if you'd like to make the space your own during your booking, we offer full removal of our current exhibited art at a flat rate of CAD $150.
The guests are entitled to use all of the main gallery space available. Please note the time of your booking includes setting up and tearing down, any overtime will be charged at our rate of $150/hour.
Whippersnapper Gallery, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, is ideal for experimental projects, rehearsals, performances, pop-up shops, community projects and can be used as a maker space or temporary studio.
HOURLY RATE: $50 per hour, up to 4 hours (eg. $50 for 1 hour, $100 for 2 hours, etc)
DAILY RATE: $300 per day, up to 6 days. This gives the renter 12 am-11:59 pm access to the space on the agreed upon rental date(s). Tear down, cleaning and locking of the space must happen before 11:59 pm, with a noise/event, cut off of 11 pm.
WEEKLY RATE: $1850 per week (Discounted at 12%)
Flick the Switch Artist Collective offers ONLY LONG TERM artists' work studio spaces to Fine Arts Professionals accepted by the Selection Committee. It is has 10 individual artists' studios This building in Parkdale is close to the historic Gladstone Hotel, the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art, Curry's Art Supplies and nationally and internationally recognized art galleries.

High ceilings and large windows, Flick the Switch Parkdale Studios are designed to be open and spacious, providing both privacy and community with other dynamic artists.
Some desk space for graphic artists also available. In an Oasis of Greenery in central Toronto, the studios are in a building with other progressive organisations.
Kitchen, A/C, washroom, slop sink and some parking. Resources include an art library, lights and grey card for photographing artwork, some work tables and equipment. A/C. wifi. 24/7
Across from a farmers market, the library and a recreation centre with free gym (some women-only times). Great cafés, Art galleries, restaurants, hip vintage stores and a Parisienne boulangerie.

Artist work space price approx $400/month depending on space required. 6 month minimum.

Jessica Gorlicky Designs is a recently renovated pop art gallery. It is placed in the heart of the art/fashion district of Toronto featuring various collections of Jessica’s current works of art.
The gallery space is available for venue rental.
You can rent it for your art show/exhibition or any art project you have in mind.In this case, Jessica's art will be removed from the walls for the duration of your project.
You can celebrate your birthday, have painting activities for kids/adults, hold a photoshoot session and what not. Painting classes and painting parties are also available with many artists to support the event. The space is 2300 sq ft space and can accommodate about 130 people, standing.
During the day the gallery is full of sunshine coming from 30 ft wide windows. During the evening the gallery has track lighting that is adjustable.

Secondary space offers desks and meeting room for rent. Hot Desks available for $350/mth & Dedicated desks are $425/mth, Meeting room is $50/hr or $300/day. Desks come with access to Hi-speed internet, access to full kitchen, bathroom and two meeting rooms as well as use of large scale plotter with B/W & Colour options.
