The basement has its own separate entrance with 14 feet ceilings. The building is very private situated at the end of a dead end and overlooks a park below.. This Space is ideal for movie locations (offers onsite parking for 8 vehicles ) .and specific photo shoots. 2 working gas fireplaces one 8 feet long.. 4 functional washrooms and a laundry room is on site. The location is completely fenced in and allows for private garden uses. Two large outdoor street art murals on site.
