This wonderful 5000 sg ft art gallery/contemporary loft is filled with natural light. On the main floor there are 14 foot ceilings with an 8 foot wide corridor that runs for 75 feet. The basement has its own separate entrance with 14 feet ceilings. The building is very private situated at the end of a dead end and overlooks a park below.. This Space is ideal for movie locations (offers onsite parking for 8 vehicles ) .and specific photo shoots. 2 working gas fireplaces one 8 feet long.. 4 functional washrooms and a laundry room is on site. The location is completely fenced in and allows for private garden uses. Two large outdoor street art murals on site. Send a email to discuss potential dates. Will not book parties.
