The Workspace Lofts is a bright, modern space in downtown Toronto, perfect for photo shoots, video productions, content creation, and live streaming. With 1,700 square feet of open-concept loft space, exposed brick, soaring 12-foot ceilings, and large windows providing abundant natural light, our space offers a versatile backdrop for any creative project. Designed for seamless productions, we offer flexible layout options to accommodate sets, crew, and equipment. A 50” TV with HDMI and high-speed WiFi support live monitoring and playback. The fully-equipped kitchen with a 9-foot concrete island is ideal for food photography, styling, or craft services. A double-door entrance and freight elevator make load-in easy, with nearby parking and transit for added convenience. A trusted space for premium productions, we have hosted top chefs, influencers, podcasters, and brands, making The Workspace Lofts a go-to location for high-quality shoots and creative projects.     Everything went smoothly. Beautiful location. So much natural light in the morning. Beware if you're wearing black though - that lovely jute rug sheds like crazy!

    I hosted my sisters baby shower here, I was going for a very rustic harvest / fall theme and this space was perfect! It was much more spacious than we thought. The windows are stunning! Easy to access the building, however just make sure you know where to locate the parking areas as you can’t park outside the building unless there is street parking available. We had 15 people at this event but could easily have way more it was pretty big! Doug was very responsive and helpful and Drew was great on the day of our event. Thank you! Will use again for sure !

    Honestly love this space. It is such a VIBE! The space feels like home but feels like a get away as well as sets a zen tone that you want to fill with loved ones. Working in this space was super easy and friendly.

    This space was a beautiful spot for some documentary style family photos. If I could live and work in a space like this, I would! Doug was really easy to communicate with, clear, and helpful. Highly recommend!

    spacious space, with a few settings to shoot from different angles. the studio is pet friendly and it is rare nowadays. we had a great shoot with dogs and products.
