Such a nice place! Everybody had a great time for our Office Christmas Party. We surely recommend this space for people wanting to reunite themselves to celebrate, get to know more about each others and do activities. The only thing that was missing is the Poker table as it shows in the pictures. Without that, I would rate this space a five star!

We hosted a small team gathering in this private lounge, and were positively impressed with its size and equipment. The team appreciated golf and billiards area, which is separate from the main meeting / dining space. There is a good sound system and a TV if you need music, a kitchenette, a big meeting table and plenty of small spots to relax. We brought a cocktail class in as a team building event, and the high tables and chairs in the lounge turned out to be a perfect fit for this type of activity. We are thinking to come here again with a bigger group. Thanks Keven!

Great space for our work event. The golf simulators were a big hit. Would definitely rent again when we are in town.

Tips on How to Organize Meeting Spaces in Montréal

When organizing a meeting in Montréal, whether for business, social, or educational purposes, there are several factors to consider to set up the best environment possible. Here are some tips that can help you ensure the perfect space for your event:

  • Choose an Appropriate Space – Whether yours is a meeting in the office or at an off-site conference room, choose a space with enough room for attendees and adequate seating arrangements. Consider the atmosphere you want to create and other factors, such as natural light.

  • Make Sure it is Well-Organized – Set up the space beforehand with all necessary materials, like whiteboard markers, flip charts, and extension cords. Designate someone to put away all materials after the meeting.

  • Keep Technology Up to Date – If internet access is necessary for presentations or video conferences, properly connect all wires and cables beforehand. Ensure any other technology you need is functioning correctly before the start of the session.

  • Make Comfort a Priority – Consider providing snacks or beverages during longer meetings and comfortable chairs or blankets if needed. Take small breaks to help attendees stay focused and alert throughout the session.

  • Encourage Openness - Set aside time for questions and allow participants to voice their opinions throughout your presentation instead of just listening passively. It can help create an atmosphere to share ideas freely and discuss more openly without judgment or criticism from others in attendance.

The boulevard, serving as a natural dividing line between the east and west parts of the city, has served as a gathering place for people of virtually all languages and backgrounds for decades. In recognition of its critical role as the starting point for countless Canadian immigrants, St-Laurent was named a national historic site in 1996. As the gateway into the Plateau, it remains an exciting street to explore and a lasting legacy of Montreal's proud, diverse culture.

  • Place d'Armes

Visitors can find the New York Life Building - Montréal's first skyscraper - and the Bank of Montréal - Canada's first permanent bank. At the center of the square stands the Monument Maisonneuve, which pays homage to the founder, Paul de Chomedey, sieur de Maisonneuve.

  • Maison Saint-Gabriel
Maison Saint-Gabriel is a stunning farmhouse that epitomizes traditional Québec architecture. It was once home to a religious order founded by Marguerite Bourgeoys in 1668. Along with the Filles du Roy, young women sent from Paris to Montréal to find husbands, the nuns lodged in the house. The two-story building boasts a 17th-century roof, which features exquisite beam work, one of the finest examples of its kind in North America. The museum is home to a remarkable collection of artifacts dating to the 17th and 18th centuries, including a water-disposal system and sinks made from black stone.
