The space itself is beautiful, well thought out, and I genuinely enjoyed the venue. I celebrated my birthday there, and the place has a lot of potential. However, my experience was unfortunately affected by the communication with the host, Eliane. The main issue was not the venue itself, but the way communication was handled. She did not always answer my questions fully, and several important details about the space, such as the lighting and the house speakers, were not clearly explained beforehand. I had to ask about things that could have been mentioned before booking or before the event. There was also a misunderstanding regarding the outside speakers, which I acknowledge was my fault. However, the way it was handled over the phone felt very unpleasant and unprofessional. She used a tone that I do not think is appropriate when speaking to a client, and at one point threatened to kick us out. I believe the situation could have been handled with more professional wording and clearer communication. I also felt uncomfortable with the level of monitoring through the cameras during the event. It felt like we were being watched throughout the evening, which made me feel stressed instead of being able to fully enjoy my birthday. Overall, the venue is gorgeous and I would recommend the space itself, but my experience with the host’s communication and attitude made the event more stressful than it should have been.

Had to reschedule after I booked due to space availability, and didn't receive instructions for accessing the space until 15 minutes after I was supposed to arrive, which left me with very little time to set up, but I trust that was a fluke. The space was clean and organized and lovely, and Eliane was friendly throughout the process.

Le meilleur studio à Montréal. Le lieu est magnifique et lumineux avec un très beau décors! La host est accueillante et on voit qu’elle aime ce qu’elle fait! Je recommence à 100%. Un vrai coup de coeur !
