It is so beautiful and stylish, there is a lot of light and the vibe is very calm. The only thing is that it is a bit smaller in real life. There are only two rooms, but the quality of the rooms is impeccable, so it is worth it!

Tips on How to Organize Corporate Events in Montréal

Organizing a corporate event in Montréal can be a great way to bring colleagues and potential clients together. With planning and attention to detail, you can create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Here are some tips to help make your corporate event successful.

  • Choose the Right Venue: Look for venues with adequate parking, ample space, good lighting and sound systems, easy access to public transportation, and other amenities like catering options or an outdoor area.

  • Have an Agenda: Creating an agenda for your event will help keep guests focused on the purpose of gathering and create clarity about expectations from the start. It will also allow guests to plan if they need time to travel.

  • Set Up Social Media Accounts: Setting up dedicated social media accounts is a great way to promote your corporate event ahead of time and keep guests up-to-date with any changes or updates regarding the event that may occur during planning or before its start date.

  • Plan Logistics Ahead of Time: Planning logistics such as food, drinks, transportation arrangements, entertainment, etc., ahead of time will ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day of your corporate event so that guests can focus on enjoying themselves without worrying about practicalities like where their next meal will come from or how they'll get home afterwards.

  • Follow-Up with Guests Afterward: It is crucial to reach out to guests after your corporate event to receive their feedback and establish connections that may lead to more collaborations or business opportunities in future events or projects. It could be via email surveys or phone calls at designated times throughout the year following your initial contact at the first meeting/event held together in Montréal.
