About the Space

Our location includes two(2) separated studio spaces. Both studios or one(1) studio can be rented. We ask that you please specify when reaching out to us. The two studio spaces are strategically located in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles in downtown Montréal. The large floor to ceiling windows of our studio(s) look directly onto St.Catherine street, (the main artery of the city) and are less than a block away from the entry to all of the year-round Festival events of the city. The view and location offer an excellent visibility for your activities. Furthermore, the studio(s) are less than a 5 minute walk from metro Place des Arts and has a paid parking garage located in the basement of the building.
