Studio Rules Our reception staff will visit the studio room 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition No pets. No Glitter No outdoor footwear Respect your booking time Please notice that furniture you see on pictures might have changed or been removed, so please contact us if you have questions or require specific furniture. Booking process and registration Online bookings are for photography only. If you are planning on hosting an event or shooting video content with sound, please email us directly at [email hidden] to get pricing and make reservations. Once you book, you will receive a Booking confirmation with your Booking Order and Payment Details. Please keep this for your records. The Booking email will contain your room booking details, studio rules, as well as check-in information. A $300.00 security deposit will be held when you visit one of our studios. After 24 hours, the security deposit will be returned if all furniture, floors and items are left in their original condition. Furniture is destined to be changed or rearranged as all of our spaces are transformative, please contact us if you have a special request. Parking There is a lot of parking spaces on the streets nearby, the earlier you come-the more spaces available. Many parking spaces are available in the afternoon or during the late evening (starting 16h00). Lots of available parking on Saturday! Please do not park in front of the garage doors or you will be ticketed. Please note that parking in front of the building has a one-hour limit on weekdays. Common area Please bring all your belongings/items into the studio room you booked. Do not leave items behind because we cannot be responsible for loss or damages to items. Please do not move furniture out of the studio you booked. We cannot store items for your rental booking ahead of the photoshoot. If you need to arrange delivery/storage of items ahead of your event, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Damage/Cleaning details. All furniture and items must be moved back to original place. Please note that setting up time and cleaning up time is factored in the booking time. If you need extra time, please book additional hour. If the room is not left in its original condition at the end of the booking there will be a $50.00-$100.00 cleaning fee added to your booking. Please do not step on the furniture with shoes. You will be asked to wear indoor shoes or to cover your shoes while you are visiting our studios. When moving furniture, let us know if you need assistance. Please do not bring candles or glitter into the studio. Floors as well as furniture, need to be covered if you want to do a cake smash or anything else that may spill. If you damage (rip, break, stain, etc) the floor, furniture, props or any other studio equipment- you will be charged for repair or full replacement. Cancellations or/and Rescheduling All reservations must be paid in full. There is no refund once the reservation is confirmed. To reschedule or cancel an existing reservation, you will receive a full studio credit by canceling earlier than 24 hours after the time of your reservation. You will be held responsible for the full value when canceling within 24 hours. The studio must be returned to its original condition by your end time. Service elevator Elevator is available for equipment and furniture. It's on a first-come-first-serve basis. We are located on the second floor.
