Welcome to your creative co-working space in the heart of downtown Toronto. A studio space including 14ft ceilings, original hardwood floors, 9ft photo backdrop, fitting and makeup room, meeting table, bathroom and large windows in the main studio area. The space is decorated with curated vintage furniture and housewares by Vada Vintage (@vadavintage) that is available for purchase. We offer daily rentals and monthly memberships (inquiries to @meetmeatmine) - our goal is to provide an affordable space in the city that allows creatives to express themselves no matter their level of experience.
Please be mindful that this is a co-working space and others may be present in the space during your booking - you will have the area that you booked to yourself. Noise and music levels are to be kept at a respectful level while in the space.

Your booking begins the time you have selected, no earlier, and the end time you have selected, no later - this includes set up and take down time. If you require additional time, please send us a message 1 hour prior to the end of your booking to see if we can accommodate you. You will be charged $25 for every half an hour after your booking end time. If you need to cancel your booking we require 24 hours notice or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the cost of your booking.
-9ft seamless paper backdrop (white, black, rotating colour) - $5/foot charge
-Additional colour options available for use in the photo studio
-Portable & adjustable backdrop stand kit
If you would like to use one of the colours that is not on the current backdrop roller you may use the portable backdrop stand to use your desired colour. Please only use this if you have experience setting this equipment as you will be charged for any damages if they are to occur.
Lighting equipment is included in your booking. Please be careful with the equipment and return all lighting to where you found it at the beginning of your booking. The studio does receive natural lighting best in the morning hours until mid-late afternoon. If it is an overcast day the studio will be dimmer so please plan accordingly.
The following equipment is available for use:
-Two continuous lights with soft box
-Godox SL-60 video light
-1 light with reflector
Please leave the studio in the condition that you found it. If you break, stain, rip or any form of damage or loss to property you will be charged for repair of full replacement of the damage as inspected by the owner. The studio is monitored by security cameras to ensure the safety of our guests and property and will only be monitored if issues arise (damage, theft, unbooked time). Please do not unplug the cameras or the internet router.
This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe!
Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area.
This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking!

Events or after hours bookings Friday-Sunday are subject to a premium cost of $100/hr with a minimum of 6 hours.
