Architect built unique 70's modern style with a tree house feel in the forest on a winding road near downtown. It's spacious and quiet and decorated with mid century design furniture and art works. Made made glass lighting and a unique art collection. The ceilings are vaulted with an upstairs loft and bedrooms. A stone floor to ceiling fireplace, book shelf portion wall and skylights. The house is updated but true to the era. On upstairs deck and ground floor deck as well as an entry deck. The yard is fenced and large. I am a designer artist so all the decor is curated and designer. I have a wallpaper mural of old growth forest image in the basement and office. The ground floor is updated as a Adu with full kitchen and bath. Custom wood paneling, wrapped reclaimed wood beams and full wall horizontal mirrors added a few years ago. I designed and made all the lighting. It's a killer unique spacious but cozy house. The natural light and forest bring nature inside and plant of room for light stands and crew.
