Famous midcentury home originally owned by famous architect Robert Rummer. This home features a spacious open concept kitchen and living room area perfect for hosting events. Cozy up next to the fireplace or outside around the covered gas fire pit year round. The outdoor space features a sunken 6 person hot tub nestled in a Japanese inspired garden with waterfall feature. Inside boasts wall to ceiling windows, heated cork floors, pickled cedar exposed wood ceilings and a roman tub. Original finishes throughout, this home is mid-century historical gem.
