This 1890 historic Victorian has a huge open main floor, with high ceilings and tons of light. Personality abounds with a uniquely wallpapered dining room, colorful furniture and art, and many beautiful plants. Original doug fir wood floors and a wood stove give it a cozy feel. The bright modern kitchen has a combination of chevron and subway tiles, stainless appliances, vintage turquoise island, white cabinets, and large french doors that open onto a huge deck, hot tub, swing bed, firepit, and well maintained garden. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and 1.5 baths, large windows in the bedrooms, a skylight, and book nook. The finished basement is its own separate apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with a spacious upscale tile shower), a kitchenette with a full wall of reclaimed wood, white quartz countertops, open shelving, cute vintage appliances, and a cozy dining nook and living room. The front, side, and backyards feature many plants, flowers, fruit trees, a veggie garden, a stone pathway, seating areas, fully fenced backyard and more. There is a separate studio office with reclaimed wood paneling, shiplap ceiling, and a large double glass slider door. The house backs a city park with huge fields, baseball field, basketball courts, playgrounds, etc. Plenty of space for a large crew, with separate hmu, green room, and staging areas.
