The house features an open floor plan on the lower level including a six-foot Petrof grand piano, two covered outdoor seating areas each with their own gas fireplace, a six-person hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with a new gas grill and two-tap kegerator. The open gourmet kitchen features new Viking appliances, large dining table perfect for dinner parties, original art and tasteful modern furniture throughout. The garage was recently remodeled and now has a cork floor, mood lighting, a massive 200" screen/projector, a one-of-a-kind art piano, and this being Portland, a stripper pole. The house is equipped with a SONOS sound system so you can easily play your own music from your mobile device.
