Centrally located in NW Portland, with panoramic views of Downtown, the West Hills, and Fremont Bridge. Corner unit with 300 sq/ft of windows facing southwest and east that offer the best light in the whole building, all day long. Safe and secure building, with a designated covered parking space, freight and passenger elevators, and stairs. 24/7 secured building, high-speed internet, bike storage, showers, big bathrooms. Open-air windows and HVAC filtration that vents directly to the outside. Professional cleaning. Note: studio and The New York Building are not soundproof. Airpods or lav mics work great for audio.

    The space is beautiful. Well taken care of and kept very clean. The owner of this loft is amazing! She responded quickly, super welcoming, and made sure everything I was using was out and everything else was put away.
